#25002, "quick ?'s about eibach pro kit install"

Hey guys, I'm new to the whole lowering process and was hoping someone could help me out. I am planning on getting some eibach pro kit springs which should drop me around 1.2" all around and I was going to go with some Tokico Illuminas. After this is all installed is the only thing I need to do is get the car aligned??? Some people were telling me I'm gonna need some camber kits. I was then also told that these are only needed with drops of 2 inches or more. Let me know what I need to do and also is this combo of eibach/illuminas a good one??? Thanks in advance

you will definately need to get the car aligned and from what i have heard, your combo should be very good.......i was going to get it but will be getting the tokico illumina springs and shocks. hope that helps you out some.

I have Prokits, and Illuminas installed. Your camber and toe will be off a little. I was wearing out tires quick until i got the toe adjusted. Still havent bought a camber kit yet, but i need it bad. I am -2.8* on the fronts, and -3* on the rears.

Is this stuff off a little because you never took it in for an alignment or is it because you need the camber kit to get it set correctly?? And what do you think of the eibach/tokico combination?? Decent ride?? Any complaints?? Thanks again

You cannot adjust the camber without a camber kit. I didnt know, my toe was off until i talked to a local member(Code4). He mentioned my toe maybe off, causing my tire wear.

As for the ride... It handles anwesome. I have the illunminas set to 3 front and back.

OKay I see. But for example if I were to go with the H&R OE sport springs, 1 inch drop, will I be all set with the $15 rear camber mod?? And will my front end be all set with such little drop??
