Would they match up? I didn't know how much different the suspension was on a GST/X than a GS. I thought that the rear on the GSX would probably be different, but what about the GST. I heard that GSX struts are stiffer b/c of the extra weight. It would be cool if it did work b/c I want stiffer struts but can't get AGX's yet, and I really need struts.

thats where your wrong. its the extremely large muffler baffle bearings that weight down the back, hence the requirement for larger, stiffer suspension in the back on the gsx.sheesh.
Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related. Step 1: Put down everything in your hands. Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it. Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you. If not. Go here: here
If still nothing, your trying to hard. Start over at step 1.

Have you been thrashing on your car? Or do you have lowering springs on with stock struts? I do not see how a 99 2GNT would need strut replacement already unless abused..

You can put an AWD rear strut/spring combo on an RS/GS/GST. I know, because I've seen it done firsthand. The spring rates and strut valving are different, but the mounting is the same. A guy parted out his GSX locally because it was getting repoed and swapped his AGXs and DZ springs with the stock parts off of an RS.
Lets just say this... I'm over 100whp and soon to cross 200whp. Thanx 2GNT! Now if I could only learn to prove it.
