theres to much flex there for the sledge to work, try a grapple stlye puller to force it out like the ones for pully and harmonic balancers or a steering wheel puller drill to plate stocks you know like 1x4x1/4 put them behind bolt up and let the center screw if its flat push against it add a little heat while you add pressure on the bolt,if its not a flat stlye countersink a plate for the point and torque away addin nuts-off and a little more heat.

ive had this problem before, make sure your jack point isnt putting stress on that bolt, try jacking the car from a different position. If that doesnt work, try a peice of wood and a BFH.

Edit: are you using jack stands or ramps?? if you are using ramps, thats your problem, the wheels need to be in the air/touching nothing

Lee there is nothing you can do...this bolt is low and gets all the water and crap on the road so naturally it freezes up easily. I have actually tried to press the cut bolt out before and no luck its that bad. You need to buy a new lateral arm. i have two spares that are pretty much new but by the time i ship one ect you can buy it from the dealer for the same price. I got a bolt the same size from ace hardware for mine. If you want the exact metric bolt i have one from a car i parted out...i can mail it if you want but hardware is faster.

OK...UPDATE...

Looks like I'm gonna need a new lateral arm on the drivers side.

I got the front suspension COmpletely out in the front, now I gotta get it back in.

I need the two bolt that hold the wishbone arm to the lateral arm, also a new drivers side lateral arm.

Anyone know where I can get Energy suspension businings???
