Just wondering if explorer/ford wheels fit our cars with slicks. I am looking for a cheap wheel for a 15" slick. I've heard that ford wheels work, is this true?

i know reading of a few people with mustang rims on their cars...so i would assume ford would work

newer mustangs are the same lug pattern i have a set of ford ranger wheels the fit also.
