I believe that they are

EDIT: i actually still have the baggy that mine came in, but they are in my trunk and i have to be somewhere in about 5 minutes, so I will get the baggy after study-session and get a definitive answer. (btw, these would be for Enkei 5+ wheels, but i think that all are the same)

it should tell you on the backside of the wheel somewhere
