Ok how do I take the old brake pads off. By the way, no more stock brake assembly on my car. Things just wears off way too quick.

Jack up the car. remove tires. remove the two 17mm holding the caliper, remove caliper and the pads are free.

Before you pull the calipers off. Take a C clamp 6" should do it, if not 8", and compress the caliper. Then take the caliper off and remove the pads. When you put the caliper guide bolts back in give them a coating of white lithium grease or caliper grease.
