I bought my eclipse a few months ago and I was digging around in my jack area of my eclipse and i noticed that I dont have the adapter needed to take these lugs off...I have one on each wheel, any ideas on how to get them off?

take peice of soft plastic (i.e. wont break/isnt brittle) put peice of plastic over wheel lock. whack plastic a few times with mallet/hammer. this should leave an impression in the plastic as to what your key's configuration is. package up, and send to mcgard. they are they makers for our lugs/keys. dont damage your wheels/studs by destroying the locks. youll want to keep them later. just send off the impression, wait a few weeks...shell out a couple dollars and your done. i had the same thing happen to me. bought the car, went to get it aligned...shop calls me up...no key. send of to mcgard and got a key back within a week or so.
hell, nice guy that i am...i got their contact info for you. now all you need to do is make the impression and send it off

how do they know it's your car and not somebody else's car that you're tryna steal the rims off of?
i guess it'd be a little too much work for your average thief but still... it's like waiting a week to get a key made for a house you wanna break into. lol.

Either that, or make a friend at a dealership. They have one of every key. I acquired one of their extras. When they give back a lease return to Mitsubishi, they often take a bunch of the good stuff, like wheel lock keys. Consequently, they gather up quite a pile, which can be given to friends. They are all coded by colour.
