I had my car in for a bunch of engine work (see thread on Engine forum), and they replaced the ball joints as per the recall.

The work order had the following info:

"Measured the ball joint free play. .6mm left, .7mm right
Replaced both lateral control arms. Recall completed."


Anyone else seen actual numbers for this before. Thought it was interesting.
