#2312, "Rear Sway Bar Install"

LAST EDITED ON 14-May-01 AT 04:25 PM (PST)

Well I finally got that Fruity TSi sway bar in there. It's a bitch to get that thing on I'll say that. You can tell the difference between the bars the TSi is way more beefy! You have to take out the downpipe (only one part), crossmember, and one of the arm braces to get to it. Man it's a bitch getting the mounts on there again too, you have to use a punch to hold it in place and tighten one of the bolts so you can get the other one in place. I crossthreaded two of them! Well eventually I got it on and all back togethere. Let cha know how the results were! ^_^

Oh yeah the stock RS sway bar is 16mm as the TSi swaybar is 19mm big difference!
