What is the best set up? for front and rear adjustment..

5 being stiff and 1 being soft???

It depends what kind of driving your doing, yes 1 is soft 5 is stiff.

drag: front-1 rear-5
hot date: front-1 rear-1

the next depend on what you have done on your car, and a little preference

auto-x: front-4 rear-5
daily driving: front-2 rear-3

ya, drag, 1 front, 5 rear, daily driving i use 3 front, and 4 rear. right now though since its winter im using 2 front, and 2 rear.
