#22278, "Great source for Aftermarket brake kits."

I work at Sears Auto in Phoenix, AZ, and have the opportunity to see some rides with some sweet aftermarket uprades come in. Yesterday a guy came in with an EVO and him & I started BSing and he told me about a shop in Tempe, AZ, that does a lot of sweet brake kit fabrication and such. TCE motorsports is the place.

A distributor:

Quality parts and engineering for those that are looking to upgrade from the GSX mod. Prices are not as high as the AEM kits either.

Read TCE's page, they have the price listing and is a little more accurate in what is contained. The kits are for front or rear, I did not see a kit for all four.

I have TCE's brake kits on all four wheels. 6 piston fronts and 4 piston rears. I have to let people know that the kits are very well manufactured and engineered. The instructions were clear and the installation was straigt forward. Todd over at TCE is a very knowledgable person and has always helped me out with whatever questions I had regarding their brakes. I Would recommend them as a first choice when thinking of a big brake upgrade.

i'd prolly go with stoptech when i upgrade... as far as i know they're the only company that takes the time to research and ensure that the stock braking bias is maintained. the entire braking system is just that. a system. you can't slap on bigger calipers and rotors and assume that'll improve your braking. yes it'll feel more responsive. but really all you've done is made your tires break loose sooner with less pedal travel. that does not equate to decreased stopping distance.

www.stoptech.com

they've got a hell of a lot of technical brake info on there. read up emoji
