#21503, "Goldline springs & AGX Struts = no drop?"

I installed the rear suspension the other day at the body shop and there's hardly any drop. It lowered it maybe 1/2inch. I didn't cut the bumpstop. I installed ingalls extreme camber kit with it. Any clues on what went wrong?

You have to give the springs a chance to settle. The day that I installed my Prokits the car looked only about 1/2 inch lower. I would say that it took them a good 2-3 weeks to completely settle in.

I hope it's not 2-3 weeks. I have a car show in a week.

doug is right, they need time to settle. when i took off my sportlines and installed prokits instead...my car looked like it was jacked up off the ground....now it looks almost the same as it did with the sportlines. i would say that after a month you'll def. be able to see the differenc emoji

how much better is the handling with the pro kit as opposed to the sportlines? i plan on getting the pro-kit anyways, I just want to hear your opinion on them.

I installed the front suspension 2 days ago and it looks pretty good, but there's still about a 2 1/2 finger gap all the way around. In the rear the top of the wheels tilt out.. so should I only use 3 washers instead of 4, or should I wait a week or 2 to see if it drops more and makes the wheel straight? Also, I havn't adjusted the front camber kits yet. the top of the wheels are tilting in a little. Should I adjust the kits to the furthest to the outside of the car?

Try to adjusting the camber kit so that its only giving the least amount of + correction. I wouldn't recommend using the extreme C.Kit for small drops like 1.2-1.5.

I have the extreme kit in the back and the standard kit in the front, and goldline springs are supposed to drop 2" all the way around. The last time I saw my car was about a week and a half ago. I'm going down to the body shop tomorrow to see if the car's almost done, and I'll see if the springs have settled down anymore. I put all 4 washers in the rear and over-corrected the camber, so the top of the wheel was sticking out as you can see here:

Hopefully if it dropped more the wheels should be straighter.
