#21134, "How do you know if your wheel bearings are bad?"
I get this howling from my tires everytime I get up to speed and I've switched it out with several rims and it still does the same thing...I think it's comming from the back. It gets worse when I have a passenger/ more weight in the car. THanks Alvin

You can also tell if they are starting to go bad by raising the wheel off the ground and grasping it at 12 and 6. Gently rock back and forth. If you have play then it is a good sign that your bearing is going as they loosen up in that manner with age. Hope it helps...

Check if your toe is in alignment look from standing directly on top of the rear wheel well if there is a slight turn in of the wheel towards the center of the vechile then you have toe in to much toe in makes the tire go woo woo woo like a rubbing sound also
