can someone explain this to me?? i believe you guys when they say they won't fit, but when i look on the websites of retailers, they don't ask you if you have fwd or awd, which leads me to believe the skunk2's can fit all 2g's.

I'm assuming they will fit. You should contact Skunk 2 for a more direct answer.

well considering springs from a gsx wont fit an rs i dont see why coilovers would be any different. i mean you are trying to put suspension components from an awd drivetrain onto a fwd one. im pretty sure its not gonna work. besides, if you want coilovers, why not get tein or ground control?

see, you see why i'm confused?? i was thinking the exact same thing that since the gsx is awd and rs is fwd they wouldn't be interchangeable, but any site that lists skunk2's for our cars doesn't make you specify whether you have awd or fwd, they all just say eclipses 95-99, which makes me think they fit all our cars....oh well...and i would love teins but eh, my pockets aren't that deep (i'm 19, fulltime student, parttime waiter) and i got a good deal on some used skunk2's, which from what i hear on this board, are pretty good.
