#21042, "Has anyone ever cooled their front brakes on their 2gnt?"

I was looking at the amount of space there is from the front fender side vents to the wheels. I think i could probly make a functional front rotor cooler with a little ducting and maybe some fiberglass. Has anyone tried it?

You don't really need a kit imo. If you cut a hole (in my case, a piece of blown-out semi tire) in the front of the splash gaurds and the air goes straight through to the rotors. Then again, I have a nice 97 front clip which sports pretty aggressive front vents to begin with so...

It would be kinda cool to have a port through our spash guards like ^ said. Maybe there would be a way to split the air dams on the outside of our foglights so that some of the air would be blown into the engine compartment, and some air into the rotors. It's almost the same concept as the brake cooling systems on Formula 1 cars.
