Ive been having this problem ever since I installed my turbo, but its not the turbos fault cuz I didnt even touch the suspension. Anyways, when I hit like little or big bumps, I hear a loud ass knocking sound from the right front suspension. Sound like my springs is loose or something does anyone else have this problem? If so hit me up because its starting to annoy the f*** out of me.

Whoa dude, have you done the ball joint recall yet? If you have no idea what I'm talking about call the dealer, give them your vin number, and schedule a replacement today. It's free and they are required by law to replace your parts....DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO "INSPECT" THEM!!!!!

If it's not that then I dunno, maybe you have a bearing that's worn out or something.

The noise can be from any number of things.
Bad or worn spring pad
loose strut
worn bushing

You really need to take a good look at things and see if you can see any obvious reasons for the noise.

I just had the same thing on the front left and found out it was the lower lateral control arm. The boomerang shaped one. If the sound is loud you should be able to figure if this is the case for you quite easily. Jack it up and wiggle the tire back and forth a little and listen to see if it is coming from the LLCA. Mine was so bad that I could grab the bar and give it a little jerk and I could hear it clunking. When I did the same to the other side it was tight and made no sound. It's a simple check, maybe worth it. I drove it for 5000 miles and it didn't get worse. It's just annoying.

make sure all of your caliper bolts are torqued down....satan forgot to torque mine down...they came loose and i almost lost my driver side rear caliper. that's what was making the noise on my car. just something to look into:thumbsup
