i have air cylinders and i dont think they are all that. they are cool, you can daily drive them, but theres also problems. i was breaking elbow fittings into the cylinders due to too much pressure. my mounting bracket for the rear broke, it was due to a shitty design, my first tank bracket broke because we underestimated the weight. as for what you want to do, front/back/side/side, you want a 4 path kit, you will need 8 solenoids. you also want to place the solenoids as close to the air cylinders as possible so i would stay away from one of those solenoid boxes where they are all connected. quick is 3/8th, fast is 1/2 or bigger. as far as a tank, 6 gallons has done me good, plenty of play time, but be sure to get an adjustable pressure switch. before i had mine, i had a slow leak and i wouldnt have enough pressure to raise the car, but it wasnt low enough to fill the tanks. i bought an adjustable one and set it so everytime i would hit up with a full tank, it would begin filling. i would get 100% cycle duty compressors if you plan on using it alot. all i imagine you would need to fab would be a tank mounting bracket, and mounting bracket for your compressor, and you might need to fab mounting brackets, unless the store bought ones are nice, i have never seen them. if you have any more questions, or want to see pictures of my car, let me know.
