I may be a little OT but wanted to share this with you guys. Everyone knows how much of a pain it is to get an alignment done after lowering and not have tire wear. When i lowered the Eclipse i got an alignment done 4 days after to allow it to settle and then a month later. I still had tire wear issues. This was with a 1.75 drop at the front and 1.5 at the rear. I finally decided to lower my 03 Maxima about 4500 miles ago with Tein S. Tech springs. 2.2 drop front and 1.6 drop back. I was up in the air on what struts to get and decided to wait on Tokico to release the Illuminas this month. So i went ahead and through the springs on just waiting for struts. I never got an alignment or any kind of camber kit. Saturday i decided to rotate the tire and pulled the wheels off. There is no abnormal tire wear at all after 4500 miles. They still look perfect. I have to give a +1 to Nissan for that one.

Actually, it shows that the suspension geometry does not gain much toe during bump. Doesn't look to gain much camber in bump, either. Almost like lowering a car with a solid axle based suspension...

Yeah, more aggressive changes in toe and camber indicates a more aggressive performance based suspension. Because overall travel is much shorter in a sports car, the same amount of camber game must happen in less travel. Grocery getters, on the other hand, have more suspension travel to allow for a softer suspension and a smoother ride. You, sir, have been Nismowned. -=B-=
