On the APR site it says that it is for the turbo cars. Can you put it on a N/T? I don't see why not, but I guess I might as well ask. Also, does anyone know anything about a multi-point strut bar? Is there a place that sells them or do you have to have one custom made? Sorry for the Hijack.

The neuspeed bar is a multipoint but they don't make it for our cars anymore. I know someone on the board (hurricane GS) made thier own and was selling them. Check the announcements/group buy forum.

remember the turbo model has its battery in a differnt location. strut bars for the non turbo are made to fit around the battery assembly, this is why the turbo ones wont fit.

Sprint makes a multi-point. Crappy pic of mine.

Neuspeed's bars for the VW's are mulit-point so that may be what your thinking of.

slacker u beat me to it i have always wondered about that bar...

that bar seems superior to the neuspeed although i bet u could use both...

Bill

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.
If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

on the nt there is a bolt coming up through the body that isn't on the turbo model, if you shave this off then the strut bar will work.

^^^ That is the Tenzo-R bar. Works best of all 2gnt bars I've seen. You just flip it backwards, drill an extra hole, and voila, no battery interference.

Yeah, I got that same one from Rollhard performance. That is the known generic bar, and flipping it backwards will result in hood interference. Go ahead and ask me how I know.
