There's a write up around here somewhere do0d.
You need the rear discs, calipers, lines, and the parking brake cables too. I think it should take a day if you take your time. You end up running stuff under the floorboards to the eBrake handle.

I'll be doing it someday too.

I was going to ask about this myself.
I have a GS parts car with rear disc, so I have everything I need. I was going to just swap all the rear axle stuff and E brake cables.
Is it that easy???? or is there any changes on the master cylinder or proportioning(sp) valves??? anything else I should know??
TIA

I figured since I have all spare axle parts from my parts car that I would powder coat everything and still won't have much down time

I believe that if you do a search on drum to disk conversion you will find everything you need to know plus some. I plan on also doing this next year after the body mods. You will probably see my name tagged on a bunch of posts about it when I'm ready to do it. Good luck man.

took my uncle and i a few hours to do it. hardest part was running the parking brake cables through the rubber grommet.

Yeah, it's not too bad. The cables are the toughest part like metioned above.
