actually, im 99% sure they will swap.... the GT and GTS use the same twin pistons as the GSX, that much i know for sure.... and im almost totally positive that the GS and RS 3g's will swap with the RS,GS, and GS-T from the 2G's..

The V6 3G switched to a single piston design in 2001 instead of dual pistons.
EDIT: I take it back I'm not 100% sure the fronts stayed the same size, but the rears definetly did. As proof check out the AEM big brake kit part numbers:
