I just bought my first DSM! It's running great, but I have one question. Whenever I press the brake it makes like a hissing sound, the brakes work great and there's pressure to the pedal and stuff, just the sound worries me a little. Before I bought the car the dealer had to fix the rear brakes because of inspection. Could the noise be from that? Thanks.

Hmmm, this is probably normal. Where is the sound coming from? If its not really one of those loud squeals, your brakes are fine. I'm guessing you probably have semi-metallic brake pads which would cause some sort of hissing. I had that same hissing, light squealing sound whenever I braked when I first got my car used. I brought it back and told this to the people there. They told me it was because of my brake pads. Even recently, my brakes still make this sound, and I just changed my pads and upgraded my rotors.

Yea it sounds like the hiss is coming from the back.
