I know that they will most likely blow, but my question is has anyone had any experience with this?

How long will they last with the aftermarket springs (ballpark)?

And without exaggerating how bad is the ride with them blown?

When the struts do decide to go, the ride is bad... harsh and bouncy!

Mine only lasted a couple of months dropped on H&R Race springs (2+ inch drop). I highly recommend doing it all at once!

Yeah like he said, do it all at once. Sooner or later you'll have to get back in there and do it all over so you might as well kill 2 birds with one stone.

Do it all at once. I just did springs and my stockers went the first day. Now I bounce down the road like I got fricken hydraulics. Now I have to save up for struts. I wish I would have just waited until I could afford it all at once.
