i am in the process of putting on my lowering springs myself and i figured i would paint my calipers and drums while i am at it. how do i take the caliper off? do i just losen the two bolts in the back, and what about the brake line? also any advice you can give me on the removing the drums would be helpful...i havent gotten to the rear yet. i tried searching but didnt really find what i was looking for, everyone says the calipers just "pop" off. what does that mean? tia!

For the calipers, just remove the two mounting bolts and slide the caliper off. I painted my calipers while they were still "attached" to the rotors.

yeah there is no need to take it off.... just clean the shit out of it with brake cleaner..... let dry paint and if needed put second coat and then use 500 deg clear on top of that
