#188, "'Venger springs on an Eclipse ?"

I know they have the same suspension, but is the spring rate to high on the avenger springs to use on the Eclipse? Since they are heavier, i know they have beefier springs, but just how much beefier are they ? I'm looking for a set of tougher springs to match my tokico n/a's, would these work ?

I firmly believe that the Avenger/Sebring springs have a stiffer spring rate to accomadate the V-6's weight..I know the Eclipse and A/S part numbers are different and I don't think they would do that if they were identical.

Call Eibach for tech support.

I'm saying the suspension setup is identical.. of course the spring rate is going to be higher, they're heavier cars. What i'm looking for is this:

Would they fit ?
What is the spring rate vs. stock Eclipse/Talon?

Stock Eclipse/Talon is something like 250 front and 200 rear, i think.

I think they would fit. I took a chance of using Ground control Coil Overs from a 98 Galant on my car. It worked but has differnt spring rates also. Some one else on the board has done the same thing and told me it would work and it did.
