Well I put my stock rims back on because I'm selling my car and now if I go over 60mph the steering wheels starts to shake. I'm going down today to get another alignment done, hopefully that fixes the problem. Any other ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Before you get an alignment, which is costly, try looking for any bent wheels. If none are bent, it's more than likely that they're out of balance. If it's not that either, then you should try a 4-wheel alignment.

Yeah, if all you changed was your wheels when the shaking started, then you probably need to have the wheels balanced again.
