#18626, "What else do I need for a rear drum to disk conversion?"
I found an auction on ebay that has rotors, brake lines, and pads. What else do I need to get? This is what the auction says, "This is for the complete kit. It consist of 4 cross drilled and slotted rotors, a full set of stainless steel brake lines and a set of hi-performance pads. Brembo, Raceconcepts rotors cross drilled/slotted, the lines are from Technafit USA made, the pads are Axxis/PBR metal master hi-performance pads with low dust."

You need the brake calipers and the parking brake drum/dust shield which incidentally has the mounting points for the calipers. The parking brake drum also should include the stock emergency brake lines, but you can modify your current drum ones to work with the drum-in-disk variety. (you'll see what you need to do as far as the dust shield backing to make the appropriate modifications; it just requires a little cutting)
You don't need a new master cylinder.
