ok, i just finished installing my aem big rotor upgrade. i took it out and drove it around like the instructions said....but i noticed a scraping kind of sound coming from the rear passenger wheel of my car when i did sharp left turns. anybody have an idea of what could be scraping??? also, these rotors were a gold color and now after a couple of times around the block, the gold has turned to a silverish color(where the brake pads made contact), is that normal? tia

I have my money on you having bent the dust shield. It might be just close enough to rub. Just go out and bend it back. -=B-=
Dude, Boeing called. They want their wing back.

ya prolly the dust shield... idk 'bout the rears but with the fronts you actually need to cut the dust shield so it doesn't rub. didja just leave the dust shields how they were? then i guess you hafta go bend 'em or cut 'em or somethin
oh and my rotors did the same thing w/ my metal master pads. i kinda like the blackish silverish look it gets from teh pads. i goes away when you wash the rims an stuff and comes back after braking.
