Hey does anyone have pics of that tire on Sportlines or goldlines?

I will as soon as my front camber kit comes it, I have yokohama 215/45/17's w/ sportlines.

I can't stick one finger inbetween the gap- it's pretty much no gap at all and you can still see the whole tire. Perfect drop, rides like crap.

rides like crap.... how so? bouncy? i have almost everything i need to drop on goldlines.. i'm kinda 2nd guessin myself now Should i lower it or no? only thing i have left to buy is the two rear shocks. have goldline springs, coilovers (which i'll prob sell if the goldlines work out ok), front camber kit (thanx weezle), and tokico front shocks. For now, I'd just lower it on stock 16's but a friend of mine is trying to sell me his 18s. Sorry to steal the thread btw, but I just want a nice lookin, nice driving ride.

Anyone know anyone who can help me tune this in the Pittsburgh area (Greensburg)?

Well right now my car likes like a friggin horse. I HATE wheel gap but I also hate the ride that coil-overs give. Whats better Sportline or Goldline

i have sportlines and stock shocks. my ride isnt bad. you do feel a lot more of the road but that is to be expected. there are some new squeaks and etc that you have to deal with but big deal. i say go for it!

dood...with sportlines or any 2 inch drop...you definitely need to get a STIFF shock. Stock shocks will blow in about 10,000 miles with Sportlines. Tokico blues work fine ( that's what I have). As for riding like crap, I was comparing them to Pro Kits...handling wise. Your car will handle better on Pro Kits than Sportlines. But your Sportlines will look better than Pro Kits.

I forget who I'm replying to but I heard Goldlines handle better than Sportlines. ANyways....Sportlines aren't all that bad but if you go through a city (like S.F.) potholes and construction areas, it's going to be rough. Hope any of that made any sense....I still have a hangover from yesterday.

in meh sig... you can't really see it that well but you get the idea. however, it must be noted that i have a quite heavy "i'm a hooligan" audio system in the spare tire well. makes the back of the car go down about .2"

EDIT: the previous guys are right about the pro kits. i wish that i had bought them instead of the sportlines. i have the tokico blues too.

Sportlines = Lower Center of Gravity, Higher Spring Rate = Better Handling (with proper camber adjustment & alignment of course).

If you just dropped a car w/ sportlines and didn't align it (& adjust camber) then a prokit would out handle.

Gezz.. So what your saying is that Sportlines are better the the ProKit? I am going to have it all done the right way so its at stock specs. I am prolly going with the Blues or the AGX. anything elts I should know?

Just got my goldlines on w/my GR2's. Ride is excellent. i love it.

Sportlines with 215/45/17s. I really liked my KYBs at first but after about a year found myself wishing I had spent the extra bucks and got Tokicos, it's kinda hoppy these days.
