Is anyone here running the AXXIS Metal Master pads?? IF so, after you get on them and get them heated up and after some serious braking do you notice any fade? What about brake smell? Mine seem to really smell bad after I get home from some spirited braking. Just wanted to see if anyone else has these symptoms. They are only about 6 mos old. -Chris b.

ya mine smell after heavy breaking. especially this one time when i was driving down a pretty steep mountain for a good 10-15 minutes... i feel sorry for the people that live there. must kill their brakes driving down that every day. i haven't really noticed too much fade.. but maybe that's b/c i've got gsx calipers and cross drilled/slotted 12.5" rotors

I got them on my rear discs w/ ebc greenstuff on brembo s/x-drilled rotors on the front, I haven't noticed any smell from my brakes, I only get fade when in constant *high* speed braking.

I have them with my brembo slotted/cross drilled rotors and like you said after heavy breaking i notice them fading and i think they smell some as well.
