what do you mean they cant install it should be simple i just changed my struts for monroes(yuck) anyways for the front its three bolts in the engine bay then you gotta remove the two bolts on the fork that swing arm bolt gotta come off then slide everything out and reverse

the back is even simpler

3 bolts on top then just the fork bolts and slide in and out might need some wd 40 so you can get it out though just to let you know

1)Shop may need to knock off or cut the "perch" on the shock.

2)Which Tokico shocks? Illuminas need the "perch" to be cut off and
the Blues need to be knocked off.

I attempted to install skunk 2 coilovers with Illuminas, but it didn't lower the car. The perch on the Illuminas sat to high for the coilover sleeve to do any lowering. I wouldn't recommend cutting the perch though, future problems.
