#17864, "Final Few questions on BRAKE system upgrade"
Ok, Im getting new brakes and all for my 95 GST. I have read all the old posts, and everything, I just have a few final questions. I want to get the 12.5" (GSX size) cross drilled/slotted rotors for the front and the back, and the GSX calipers. My questions are
is it necessary to get the GSX calipers in the back?
Where can I get the GSX calipers for cheap new, i read that I can get them at autozone or something is this true, and what price would they run?
What is some good spray paint to use for the calipers? and is that part easy? What color would you reccomend to with for a black car?

The GS-T and GSX have the same rear brakes. So you can get new rotors, pads, and lines if you want, but swapping the rear calipers won't make any difference.

I painted my front calipers red. They look mad silly fresh yo. I used normal high heat engine paint from autozone. Works great.
Welp, thats what i did

^^^ exactly correct, except the 95 AWD had 10.25" rear rotors too, except some were vented.
12.5" is the size of the AEM upgrade for the front with GSX 2 piston calipers. The AEM rear rotor upgrade is 11.5"
