I'm gonna get new 17" rims soon and wondered what you guys think is the better tire regarding wet traction and durability as well as low noise. I'll appreciate any tire brand recommendations too. Thanks for any input.

Your best bet is to check out tirerack.com or other sites which have customer reviews of each tire. I think its highly unlikely that someone will have had experience with both of those exact tires...

The Potenza S-02 by far. It is the best wet handling tire in the world and has one many many contests and awards. It actually handles and grips better as the tire wears. Though, they are extremely expensive.
91 awd: 60-1, 880's, E-Prom, etc. 93 awd: JDM 6 bolt, K&N, full exhaust, Wally 255, otherwise stock.
