Hey guys -- how much do i need in terms of correction for the front and rear with progress springs? 1.7" drop.

Also -- the ingalls kits...how do these adjust in the rear?

2003 VW GTI 1.8t.. I used to have a 95 Eclipse but well...water sucks.

with a 1.8 drop from Sportlines...my front camber was negative 1.7 and my backs were near negative 3.

I have a ingalls rear camber but i heard it was just the same as doing the $15 dolla camber mod. Do that instead, it's cheeper.
