Who has used the calipers off the FWD 3000GT for the brake upgrade. I know they are the same and will bolt up, but I've heard that the brake line fitting is diffrent. Any truth to this?

Yeah, it isn't the same fitting as the GSX calipers. I think Hades knows exactly what you need.
