I've had the Tanabe GF210's on for a few months and love them. They are listed as being 20-30% stiffer than stock and lower the car 1 1/4-1 1/2 in. I recommend them, got mine for a steal off of ebay. Hope this helps.

If I for some reason feel the need to buy new springs again, I think I'm gonna try the Tanabe's
