I have the AEM Big Rotor kit installed in my car. When I apply the brakes they make a noice....it doesn't sound like a bad noice but I was wondering if this is normal with sloted and cross drilled rotors.

What does it sound like?

Well maybe this will make my question easyer than describing the sound. With sloted and crossdrilled rotors do they make any noice when the brakes are applied?

YES! they sound kinda like a whining kinda a weeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. sound. At least my friend's GS-X does.

Ya, my friends GS-X has the AEM big rotor upgrade on stock (2-piston) calipers

i got that on mine (gsx calipers included). i haven't really noticed too much noise actually... maybe some when i brake really hard. haha the only thing i've noticed is that i can stop on a dime now.

Yes, this is a 'feature' of cross-drilled rotors, well known in motorcycle circles. I don't think the slots are a contributory factor.

My AEM front/rear kit have the whirring sound too, but I kind of like it.
