Anyone know how these are compared to other shifter brushings out there? They want $13 for them, which sounds pretty good to me. I've included a link to them, they are just about to the bottom of the page.

They are just the Energy Suspension shifter bushings. Better than stock for sure, probably not as good as the Symborski Kit. What that kit lacks that the Symb. has is the metal sleeve that inserts in the pivot point. That tightens the shifter up quite a bit.

You'll be happy with these. If your really seeking out an extremely solid feeling shifter go with the symb. kit. The RRE bushings leaves a very tiny amount of play in the shifter pivot point. Btw i have the B&M shifter with the bushings.
