I went through a set of rear tires in two months(bad toe) so I got some new ones. I noticed that they look flat every weekend, so I took it back and got extra sealing glue thing around the edges and what not. Well, it still loosing air everyweek. I've herd that Fixaflat stuff is bad, but is there anything else i can do? I really don't want to fill it up with air every weekend or so. I got chrome, so I herd it will eat it or something. what do you guys think i should do?

it's most likely those wheels. chrome wheels tend to pit around the flange were the bead sits. fix a flat makes pitting worse because it deteriorates the chrome material. the glue stuff they used was bead sealer. that works well sometimes but it's not a permanent fix. you're going to have to change your wheels out at some time. if this is the exact cause anyway. i'd bet money that it is.

Hey check the valve stems if you have them hi pro metal (pos) stems more then likely thats where the air is leaking. To check for a leaking tire just remove the tire and pour soapy water on it to find the leaks. If it is leaking from the valve stems you may (take the tire(s) to a shop)/do it your self) tighten the metal stems 2.Bite the bullet and install a new set of valve stems or install some shorty rubber valve stems... hope this helps
