How easy are coil overs to install? Could I do it by myself? If I paid someone to do it, what would the install cost (average)? Also, how easy is it to change the ride height, do I have to take the wheels off?

fairly easy with the right tools.
probably if you've ever used a ratchet.
depends on the shop usually costs about $50 a wheel or more.
if you can reach the collar than you wouldn't have to depends on how low you go most likely.
I agree with everything he said ^^^^^^. But from experience with them, you will have to jack it up to adjust them. When they first get put on, adjust them to where you like it, put on a camber kit, get it alligned and then leave it alone! Just my $.02
