The camber in the rear on Eibach Pro-Kits is really not very good, even with the $15 rear camber mod. I now have 10 washers back there and the camber seems worse than it did with 6. I was thinking if maybe I only put the washers on the top then it might work. What do you think?

i think it would help even less like that and the bolt heads wouldn't be flush. maybe try this. go to a welding shop(can't think of others right now) have cut you (4) 1/4" steel plates the size of the arm mounts. drill holes in them that the bolts will fit through. then put them behind the mounts instead of the washers. my freind had it done on his GST and it seems to work good.
