you can use the ground control coilover install writeup on www.vfaq.com under the dsm section...

i used both when i dropped da clips

good luck...

thanks vegas, also while im doin it ill do the $15 dolla rear camber mod, i serchd but had no luck so can somebody hook me up wiht write up/instructions.
