OK,

I want to lower my car and I also want to get some new rims.

If I got 17" rims and a pro spring kit, would my tires rub on they body or fender?

No it will not rub with 17" and 45 series tires and a pro kit. We have plenty of space. I wish we had less because I have a 2" drop with plenty of gap left.
