How much different the stiffness of that spring?
All i now is cheap coilover is very stiff and make my car very bounching even only in a small bumb at road.
What I want is a good handling and lower but not too much bounching.

Thanks.

H&R's are a good spring. I have H&R sports on my car (See pic below) - the H&R race springs are a tad lower, but I would still expect great quality. Do not go with coilovers, they are just a pain in my opinion.

I had the H&R race springs and they were great as far as handling goes. I just got tired of leaving paint everywhere so I took them off. ( I had some killer speed bumps in my apartment complex)
I would never go cheap when it comes to suspension. You will feel a difference.
