just take sum pipe, or a bat, and jam it between the fender and your tire... feel up there first, and u will feel the "sharp" lip... your objective is to bend that lip up and towards the outside of the car, but only bend that, be nice, cuz u dun wanna dent out your fender...

or u can jack the car up and bend it more evenly w/plyers....
