ive put my springs/shocks on, but im clueless about this install. i read something about pressing stuff out or something? is there a write up because vfaq doesnt have one, and really, how easy or difficult is it (i have access to air tools). thanks alot

when they say "pressed out" i think this means that you will have to take the car to a shop and use there machine to press out the pieces, i don't think you can do this at home unless you have one of these machines.
on a side note, i was thinking of painting my car that color but when i saw yours i said i couldn't becaues i have the same rims that you do and i want to be orignial. Your car looks aewsome, time to find a new color.
