I installed my coilovers about a year ago...... There were these little hook things included in the set, but I didnt know what thwy were for. There were 2 included. I thought the makers of the coilovers were just trying to freak you out like the hook guy from the urban legend had been sifting through your coilover kit, but Ive been told these actually have a function? What are they for

they are to adjust the coilover up or down
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

Awe ok thanks. Now, I must say, I see no way they could possibly help in adjusting the coilovers, but that certainly makes sense since theyd fit over it

They are used to lock/unlock the dual rotating perches. You use it so that you can make sure the two rotation perches are very tightly locked together when you have established the height you want. Since it is now tightly locked, you need the tools to loosen it if you ever want to change the height.
