#12445, "Question about car pulling left or right."
A guy here at work was trying to tell me that todays cars are designed to pull to the right in case you fall asleep at the wheel. I told him that I have never heard anything like that before, and if your car pushes or pulles that you have an alignment PROBLEM, not a manufacturer FEATURE.
Have you guys ever heard anything like that? I told him he did not know what he was talking about, am I going to have to appologize?

yes.. the caster is setup so that one of wheels is slightly in front of the other causing this sorta small pull to the right.. obviously if it pulls a lot there is an alignment problem, but if its slight then all is good.

Yeah, my Buick had it, it's called "Dead Man's Drift" makes you go into a ditch instead of another (oncoming) car when you fall asleap. I thought the guy was just sayin shit so he wouldnt' have to do an alignment. Lazy @ss bastard.
mine does someting else, pulls one way when on accelerator, and lets go when I let off. what's that all about?
