I got some konig 17 in rims off the internet and went to goodyear for some tires and got the tires put on them but they said they couldn't mount them because i didn't have small enough lug nuts and they said i need a center cap maybe? They said that the wheels should have come w/a center cap to keep them from sliding up and down. Does anyone know if this is true or can i just tighten the lugs extra tight. IF i need one where the hell could i get one for these rims? Thanks alot for your help

He's talking about the hubcentric rings. Most Konig rims require them to fit snugly against our hubs. They are just little plastic rings that take up the extra space between the hub and the rim. They are pretty cheap, $10 or $12 I think, and you can order them from Discount Tire or any other tire/rim shop that sells Konig rims.
My lug nuts are smaller than stock for my Konig rims. I would suggest you contact the person that sold you the rims and ask for the lug nuts too since you NEED them. You can probably order them when you order the hubcentric rings if you need too, but they'll probably be a bit more expensive.
