Ok, I wanted to know when you get coilovers, what else do you need? Do you need new suspension? If so how much does it cost? Also does anyone have maxspeed coilovers? How good are they? Are they cheap?

Thanks

Bryan

Ive got maxspeeds and have had no problems with them yet other that the usuall noises everyone gets, you will need shocks also (well you dont have to but your stockers will go out soon with coilovers) I suggest koni shocks since they fit the best into the maxspeeds, you will have to do a little machining to get them to work, I beleive you have to enlarge the hole for the rear top hat and enlarge 2 rings that hold the sleeves on, Im taking mine off this weekend to fill the sleeves with silicon to stop the noises, but if you use the orings and some duct tape it should be fine. be aware the ride is rougher than stock but corners schweet and is like riding on rails on nice roads. they have them at whalen tire for like 129 bucks or so

koni's are the best replacement struts made for our car. expensive but it's the last time you'll spend the money on them. plus if you get another FWD 2g you can use them over. i can't comment on ride quality but the handling is MUCH imporved. also if you plan on a big drop (excess of 2 inches) koni's are what your gonna need
